1. General Policy

All purchases from XMJ Power are final and subject to the following terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, wrong purchase, compatibility issues, improper installation, or any non-quality related reasons.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations

The following conditions are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Order cancellation or unwanted return requests after shipment has been processed.
• Products that have been used, installed, tested, disassembled, or modified.
• Damage caused by improper wiring, incorrect voltage, wrong operation, water damage, overheating, or physical impact.
• Incompatibility with buyer’s equipment; it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm specifications before ordering.
• Products with scratches, broken housing, burnt components, or missing accessories.
• Customized, OEM, ODM, or special-order products.
• Claims filed after the stated time limits.

3. Eligible Claims

We will review returns, refunds, or replacements only in the following cases:

• Confirmed manufacturing defects reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, with clear photos or video proof.
• Obvious shipping damage reported within 24 hours of delivery, with images of the package and product.
• Incorrect items shipped by XMJ Power, reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with valid proof.

4. Claim Procedure

• Contact us at support@xmjpower.com with your order number, issue description, and supporting photos or videos.
• We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
• If approved, we may offer replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the situation.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is caused by XMJ Power.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
• We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee if returned items are not in resalable condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

XMJ Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business downtime, lost profits, or related equipment failure.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice. The latest version posted on our website shall apply to all existing and future orders.
